Race track tail lite conversion

Love the Race track back lites on the 2014 Durango and later DD.
How do I rewire the 2013 DD rear tail lite with two plugs to the 2014 rear tail lite with the single lite connector?
Which wires do I use from the 2013 plugs to attach to the single connector for the 2014?
Which color wires connect to which color on the 2014>
I have all new lites but have not been able to get a part number for the plug for the 2014 lite;
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
A drawn diagram would fantastic.

Given the people that have water issues in the racetrack lights, you may want to rethink a $1K + retrofit.

Thanks for the response about the water leak issue in the racetrack lights. I have read about the problems in the lights, but to me the way the lights improve the look of the D.D. it is worth the possible leakage problem. Just thank about the number of D.D. built in comparison to the number leakage problem reported and go with the percentage of chances of having a problem.
Come on guys I know there is a huge number of guys who have made this change and give a newbee a guiding hand

Wish I had that kind of "Disposable" income to do an upgrade like this that might fail due to water intrusion! Good luck with the mod though.

$1k+ is way too rich for me!
