Help! I need a rear facing car seat that will fit in my 2015 R/T. I currently have a Graco 4Ever and an Evenflo Symphony DLX; neither fit behind the passenger or drivers seat unless we eat the dashboard. The middle is super tight and the passenger seat still needs to be pulled all the way forward for the car seat to fit in its up most position. At this point I can't have a passenger in my front seat when the baby is in the car... so much for using this as our family car :(

Using the 3rd row for the car seat really isn't in option as most of the time that is down for my two big dogs.

If the DVD screens weren't in the back of the seats, this probably wouldn't be an issue. Hell, both of these seats fit just fine in a 1992 Ford Ranger, regular cab!

There has to be others out there that have a 2015 R/T and use a rear facing car set... what seat do you have?

I had the same problem. Even without the base those rear facing seats are huge. I couldn’t sit in my passenger seat because I’d be at such an awkward angle.

They fit much better in a minivan. Wish we would have bought one sooner.

The infant rear facing seat with the base actually fit in the middle of the second row without an issue. It’s the convertible rear facing seat that is an issue right now. Little one needs to stay rear facing until two and has grown out of that infant seat so we are onto a convertible seat and they are all huge!!

There has to be a seat out there that isn’t so bulky when rear facing...

Until I find it I guess we’ll just have to do for the next year and half until Little One can forward face.

I have used two different Diono models rear facing in our Durango with little issue. The passenger seat has to move forward a bit, but it still provides a functional seat. Happen to really like the Diono Radian XT. My oldest now uses it as a booster.

I have a 2011, and I assume the interior dimensions between second row and front row are similar. I have used both Britax Marathon Click Tight and the Britax Advocate 70-G3 rear-facing with little to no issues, including long roadtrips. I don't have the rear entertainment system, so that might still be a factor.
