I have an 18 rt with a lifetime warranty, but was curious as I got 2 emails from different dealers stating that eff 12/1 the lifetime mopar vehicle protection plan is no longer available. Is that true? One email came on 11/30, so thought it was a marketing ploy but then got another separately.

I would like to thank Clay Robbins for all the folks he was able to get the Lifetime Warranty deals for. I used him when I got my 2015, and I know many many here did.

Thanks Clay!

Chris

Clay is great to work with. Who knows if something new will be available. Shoot him an email to see what he can do for you. He asked to spread this info......,.

“We have bought a new store, so please get my new email out there, clay@robbinsmotors.com! Please notify whoever you heard about us that we have sold Zeller Motor Company and will be using Robbins Motors exclusively in the future.”

Yep I got mine from Clay after reading about him on this forum. I’m glad I got mine, and I wonder if FCA is just losing so much money on these lifetimes which is why they cancelled it.

I was honestly very surprised when I heard they had offered it at all. I don't know of any other car company having such a warranty.

I jumped on it 2 years ago when I bought my used R/T. Hopefully won't need to ever use it, but hopefully it will be no issue if I do.

Same as an earlier post, I jumped on this the last day and purchased from clay. I would say it was taken away for 1 of 2 reasons. Either they are losing money on the warranty claims or they no longer need it to entice buyers to purchase from them. At the price point, one major repair and it pays for itself.

I also jumped in on the warranty last week on November 27th thanks to you guys/gals on the forum. I bought from Clay Robbins also. Awesome example of a real dealer who supports the brand and is honest.
We bought a used 2017 Citadel with 47,000 miles on it and our dealer would not sell me a Dodge warranty but offered a CNA warranty to 100,000 miles. I bought and then found this site and read about Clay and contacted him.
He sold me the lifetime warranty that my dealer said was unavailable for less than the aftermarket warranty.
I will travel to Clay’s dealership if Dodge does come out with a Cuda convertible.

Well, this is news to me. Guess I won't be buying my '16 Durango R/T out at lease-end next month after all. We've had too many problems from 36k to 45k miles to be confident about ownership without some serious extended warranty protection.
