This might be a silly question but was pricing out a 19 SRT and it has a performance brake pkg? How does this differ from the stock brembos?

I'd save the money.
If you want a 2 piece setup there are cheaper and better aftermarket offerings.

partly true yes, but they also introduce less heat to the hub/bearings extending life especially for heavy brakers.
