In what sense? Bolt pattern, offset, etc? The styles are not the same nor are the finishes but I assumed you already knew that. SRT wheels between Jeep and Dodge SRT should be interchangeable based on offset, bolt pattern, width and diameter. Closest they every got in terms of style is the "Goliath" wheel, but the finishes were different.
They are the same and fit well. I have a 2017 R/T with OEM wheels from a SRT Jeep.

Generally, yes, but as always, you need to check the bolt pattern, offset, etc. You can easily google it.
We were able to get 22" wheels on ebay that are pretty badass. We wanted something to closely match the Charger Hellcat wheels.
