I am finally purchasing tonight!

After researching and searching for 4 months, I am finally buying tonight. Didn't want black color initially, but after seeing one with my own eyes yesterday I fell in love.

Getting an 18 Black RT with
Technology package
Blacktop Package
Trailer Tow (don't want this but oh well - would've preferred the second row captain seats instead)
Moonroof

$49,700 out the door. Taxes and fees are expensive in CA. I got a $5,700 discount off of MSRP.

Good deal?

No Don, I do not own two. I was going to buy the black DDRT in my original post, but then another dealership called me with a gray one with bigger discount and better options. So I went with that one. I am in love with this car!

A couple of questions for you guys;

How can I add playlists on my USB drive so Uconnect recognizes it? it worked fine with Sync in my Mustang. When I click on playlist on Uconnent, the folders are missing.

When should I do my first oil change? I know I need to use synthetic oil. What brand do you guys recommend?

I want to put the R/T emblem in the front. Is that easy to do?

Pretty sure the R/T emblem is to replace the Dodge logo in the Grill to be like all the other R/T's in the lineup. They have them on Ebay and there is a YOu Tube video on how to do it. On my list of things to do.

Go see Pete Nichols at Dependable Dodge in Canoga Park! They offered the most discount and I've been looking for 6 months. No one even came close to Pete's service and discount. He found me the exact color and options I wanted and gave me $5,900 of MSRP!

Did the deal completely through email. He got my RT washed and ready, and prepared all paperwork. I came in signed and one hour later drove away in my new RT.

Email Pete, he will communicate with you right away.

thank you to share the dealers - heard about Glen E before and was told that they're one of the best. I will definitely contact them when I buy my future Durango in this November. What about Huntington Beach one? They post aggressive discount amounts on their website but Yelp's evaluation wasn't that great....

maybe bait and switch tactics? maybe that's what they advertise but once you get there they say you don't qualify for all discounts and incentives.
