This should be pretty simple for yall.
I just rebuilt my 5.2 and have most of everything back together.
The issue is this wire

I've googled, i have a haynes manual. Can't figure out where the hell it goes... Would someone mind going out to their 98 durango and showing me where to put it please? I wanna turn the key so bad :)

Wish I could help. I'm sure someone will chime-in here.... But if not, as a last resort, you could always go to the nearest bone yard and see if they have a '98 on the lot. Or you could tape it off, try to start it, and see what codes pop up.
Good luck with it. I'd be chompin at the bit to crank it up too.

105, 106 whatever it takes... LOL Either way, it's a ground - bolt it down and fire it up!
