I have a 2008 Durango SLT and I am only getting blowing from the front vents. When selecting bi-level, floor, and defrost I can hear the doors moving but it sounds like they aren't moving all the way. I thinking it's the blend door motor. Any idea how you get it out? I took the glove box apart and the center stack and I can see it but can't get to it. Any help would be great. Thanks.

If it's anything like my '03 Ram the whole dash must come out, steering wheel dropped and all. Not fun
