I had the truck retuned and dynoed since I added the Intercooler. I started with a reservoir filled with ice, but it all melted halfway through the tuning process. In addition to adding more ice, some of the other things I could have done to get better peak numbers were putting in fresh spark plugs and a cleaning the air filter. However with all the rain in SoCal, I didn't have the time or opportunity to do so.
I was a little surprised by the numbers, but I was very pleased none the less. While the peak RWHP only went up about 10HP, the peak torque went up over 30ftlbs! And the Torque curve was as flat as a table. Basically between 2,800 rpm to the redline, the engine is at peak torque all the way. Just what I need to make this 5,000 pound beast get up and go. The D runs nice and smooth, and pulls hard all the way to the red line.

The dyno guy down at the Viper Shop told me that with ice my HP number would have been much higher. The engine was pretty heat soaked by the final pull.
