What does this plug into? I have a 2001 Durango SLT 4WD with a 4.7

Rear heater coolant pump?

Hmm. Could be. There is a new elbow connection there. Possibly, the previous owner replaced the pump with an elbow.

Yeah. I looked up the coolant pump. It is missing. Thanks for the help!
