Since I took delivery of my 2018 White Knuckle Durango SRT there have been issues that have been cropping up as I go about detailing over the past month.
1) No transmission settings in the Performance Pages
2) Oil temp was appearing to run high in 20 degree F weather. (215F - 227F) service documents show this as normal
3) wind/road noise coming from drivers side of SRT
4) When starting to detail the vehicle - hood, front drivers side quarter panel, drivers door and rear drivers side passenger door gaps are all out of whack.
5) Rear drivers side passenger door rattles or bounces when closed.
6) Paint does not match between hood, front quarter panel, drivers side door. Front quarter panel almost looks like it has a yellow tint in it while the hood and door has a grayish tint to it.
7) Hood is hard to close unless you force it.
8) Paint on passenger side matches
I'm seriously wondering if this is why the SRT had issues then sat in JS status code (quality control) limbo for fixing
for quite a while before it was delivered to the dealer? Plus it had 28.4 miles on it when they took it off the carrier.
**Passenager side of SRT appears to be perfect all gaps are almost perfect**
