Uh Oh

So I tried to do the marker lights blink with the turn signal mod and when I turned on my lights heard a pop and then no lights! Checked bulbs, checked fuse panel all ok. Haynes says something about a flasher behind the instrument panel but I don't see anything like it (2001.) I'd hate to turn it into the stealership if its something I can fix myself. Help please.

Hit the stealership, paid $3.15 and got a new fuse. Problem solved.

Was the fuse located in the secret fuse panel up under the dash

No, the fuse was located under the hood. The mod is to have the marker light blink when your turn signals are activated. I must have crossed wires. :roll:
