Durango SRT transmission settings option gone?

The fix is in the works and the SRT tech team is working on it. They are seeing the same as we are, some have the trans settings others do no. So we just have to hold tight. Fix is coming soon.

How did you find out about the fix?
I have an appt this Wednesday to take a look at some minor issues and will include this.

Dealerships should be hearing this week and a fix coming late this week, early next week.

just guessing, but your dealer will know nothing on your visit this week.

stand by, my guess is that there will be a TSB or a starcase to help the clueless dealers.

Fix is out, just had mine done this morning at the dealership...all is good!

I just test drove one a couple days ago and it had the transmissions settings. They just got it delivered last week.

Took it to the dealer today and with the new update to the BCM - we now have the "transmission" settings.

I have an appointment scheduled to get mine fixed tomorrow morning. Told me it’s a computer flash and shouldn’t take more that thirty minutes. I’ll report back and let you guys know how it goes.

Took it to the dealer had the bcm flashed and bam transmission controls.

Thanks for the update, does anyone know the TSB number for this, and do I need to clear any Uconnect settings first? Another thread on this forum mentioned this.. I have an appt for Friday this week and want to make sure I know what to tell them in case they do not know about this.. also what is a bcm? Body control module? Thanks all!!

Yes Body control module and I’m sorry I don’t have the number let them know you need the flash to add transmission settings under the performance pages. Once they enter your VIN it will pop up that you need it. After it’s been installed be sure to reset all the options under the uconnect settings.

I also do not have the TSB number but works perfect now!
