I got these from eBay. They have the side amber lenses, front clear lense with two amber bulbs in front.
The price was very reasonable at $27 shipped. One problem was that they only include two amber bulbs. I had to buy two more at $2.50 ea.

Easy to install and happy with the product. I had to take a file to one sharp edge, but for the cost I was very surprised at the quality.
