Compressor Sanden 4854 vs 4847

2002 Durango SLT 4.7L w/ Rear Air with original Compressor(I Think) Sanden Model #4854.

Can I replace with Junkyard Sanden Model #4847?

I have looked everywhere but can't find part interchange guide.

Sure looks like it... here's a clip from an online compressor catalog, seems to have both numbers for the same unit..

But a reman from rockauto is only about $140+SH, might be a better idea than a JY unit?
