As I type my D is starting to transform from stock to modified. Being installed right now:

Magnaflow exhaust with custom 3" from the cat to the muffler.

K&N intake.

Superchips will be the final item.

I'll post some pictures soon. Next week I'll have my sound system installed. Very exciting!!

Hey FSTDANGO3,

I saw that you had one for sale a couple days after I'd already purchased mine. I'd have definitely taken it off your hands.

Can anyone tell me the stock numbers for a 1999 5.7L? Hp & Torque?

Per my 2001 Dodge Durango sales book from the dealer:

4.7L
Torgue = 295
HP = 235

5.9L
Torque = 335
HP = 245

A year ago, I searched out and talked with the owner of that site. We were grated the permission to take the graphics/info etc., post it here at the DOC on it's own page, and update it with the collective info we have to really make it accurate and complete. For whatever reason, that isn't happening. From my discussions with that website owner, sooner or later it'll be gone and we'll loose the access to the data and his work to date.

It doesn't suck, it just isn't all correct, but certainly better than nothing.

Everything is installed and running great! I'll be doing a video to show you guys the sound the Magnaflow produces within the week. I'll show you guys cabin noise while cruising and stopped, launch sound, and a pass.

I'm currently running the program on 87 but will fill up on 93 once I get an empty tank and produce a video with that setup.

Oops, I meant 5.2. I was kind of excited while I was typing that first post. Mmm mmm the D sounds good now.
