What did you do to your Durango today?

I thought we were done with the snow this year, but it seems we're in for several inches this weekend after all. Guess my post here is that I'm buying the old boy a new battery today, sooner than I figured I would. He's our designated snowmobile.

question or thoughts.. id like to put the off set racing stripes on my 2015 SXT durango. is this just an R/T thing? because my D is the R/T appearance package, just no sunroof and V8. i really like the way it looks " 5" wide and the thinner line " just don't wanna get bashed on cuz its not an R/T

I don't believe you can believe from that 10HP gain without a tune either. The full CAI is mainly for the throaty sound you will get from the engine. I think its worth it if you want to open up your engine and hear the roar. The exhaust idle became slightly louder as well. I made a video while doing a drive by flooring it and the exhaust popped from 3rd to 4th gear. I don't do that often though =P was just testing the new toy on the day I got it.

Thanks for the reply! I figured as much on the CAI...I had a K&N CAI on my 2010 Chevy Z71 4dr 4x4 (which I traded in on my Durango) added a nice throaty sound when combined with a Dynomax cat back exhaust. However that truck was especially noisy from the factory, so I eventually got tired of the drone.

In the end, do what you think looks good. Don't worry about what others think. I say, go for it!

Yeah, no droning at all. Just a nice throaty pentastar when you accelerate. I love this CAI. Wish it was a little cheaper but I guess I can't really complain with what I received.

Its your truck, who cares? It looks like an RT so add a stripe that goes on an RT. How would that not make sense?

Hey everyone, I'm new here! Just wanted to post some of the things I've done to my 15 sxt, added a afe power cold air intake, flow master cat back. Went to my work the other day and had remote start installed factory molar remote start, but a little upset with it because one of the techs did half the work just enough to get the car to start, so sadly now I don't have auto comfort or anything sucks due to having two kids and living in Las Vegas! So if anyone knows what wiring I need to hook up to at least get that working, that'll be greatly appreciated!

Received my Rear Console today, Got it off E Bay and the mount as well. Putting it into my 2016 RT, going to have to change out the seat backs for one that don't have arm rests so the lid can function proper. It will also allow the seats to flip up much easier, don't use the third row but may some time. Need to acquire a wire harness from under the factory mount to where ever it connects to so the power point works and the lights work on the cup holders. Any one doing similar project that would like to trade seat backs for arm rest ones let me know, davec

Just ordered a Diablo Trinity from HemiFever! Can't wait to get that on. Still waiting on my Billet catch can to arrive.

Put a new battery in D'tan and he fired right up after about a month. Still runs great. With the van out of service for maintenance, he's back in daily driver mode now. Needed to stretch his legs anyway.

Got the front windows tinted. Played it safe (some of the local po po are not fans of window tint) and went with 40%. I think it looks nice, and that's all that matters! LOL
