Lights are not aimed yet, marked off the lines on my garage door for future aiming, but not tonight. You can see from the cuttoff on the wall, that they are definite.. not aimed yet. Sorry, maybe saturday night.

Def bright. Any chance you can take a pic with the lights off as well? Just curious what these look like compared to stock. Thanks
will get a change when i get them aimed. these are the same basic foglights as the newer jeep srt, ram rebel, the chargers and challengers with the led. They are really bright for 15w.
NO CANBUS adapters needed for 2014, your mileage might vary with 2015+. I know my hid kit was dead half the time, never triggered a lights out message

How close is the color match to the factory HID, can never get a true color from pictures.

That looks really good!

Well looks like I will be adding another thing to my list...

these are definitely somewhere above 5000k, other forums state they are 6k or very close to it.

68228884AC search on ebay
theres a seller thats selling them for under $100 each shipped now
i bought previously from the seller that had it for right about $100 each.

don't want to get mistakenly labeled as advertising hah.

Even at the current eBay price of $98.79 each with free shipping for the Mopar OEM HID fog lamps 68228884AC. that is still fairly expensive compared to the Philips X-treme Vision LED Fog Lights that are currently $106.21 for a 2-pack on Amazon also with free shipping. The Phillips are noted as 6000K and 9.3 watts, but I can't seem to find any technical info on the Mopar OEM HID fog lamps.

But are those plug and play or require modification?

LED retofits usually don't have the output of the designed from the ground up LED fixtures. Example, LED headlights from OEM like Ford are pretty bright (not HID good but close) and the Aftermarket ones usually are like flood lights, and no distance throw to them. But everyone is free to buy what they like!

The ones I seen were, they have a resistor inline with the plug. Which you then have to tie up.

At the end of the day, lets just be glad we have 2 nice LED options!

for the price you are getting a purpose designed fog lamp, not a retrofit, you get a complete assembly.
you also have the massive heatsink behind the led. these say 15W on them i believe. These should be 6k.
