i have a 2000 durango that wouldnt start , turns over but wont start . so i replaced the ignition coil and checked to see if fuel pump and fuel rail are good, . what are my next options , cause im at a loss

You need fuel and spark.
So pull a plug and see if it smells like fuel or is wet...simple way to see if its getting fuel.
But I would first check that you have spark, you can get a spark check tool at Auto parts store like this one.
