A little off topic. but not too far.

After wiping a 4G thumb drive and then downloading the update file, running the executable, copying the .ISO file to the thumb drive, then inserting into USB drive port with the Durango running, and without the Durango running, it does nothing after at least 5 minutes of waiting. I checked the thumb drive on two different PCs, no problem with accessing it. Any ideas of what to try next?

A couple of notes:

1) Kind of weird that they insist on a 4G drive when the .ISO is less than 600M in size
2) The good folks at UCONNECT must be ex-Microsoft employees. The web site video says install with vehicle running with no mention of opening or closing the door, and the PDF instructions clearly say update with the vehicle not running. Amazing more folks don't brick their systems.

It's not about copying the .iso file to the stick but instead it's contents. ISO are a container for a file system and can be mounted by various tools and not to old Windows systems (and of course on the Mac)

I plugged my iPhone into the Uconnect today for the first time since I did this update. Tried to to shuffle play my entire library and it locked up the entire system a couple times. The first song would play fine, but if I tried to skip a song, nothing would happen and I could no longer switch sources or change to nav. I could still select a different song directly on my phone, but the Uconnect screen was frozen would not reflect the new song. I have a large library on my phone (14000+ songs) which might contribute to this, but I don't remember this ever happening before.

i'm assuming this is the new uconnect. I wish they would update the 2011-13

Judging by the way others are talking about their new updates, I'll pass. The last thing I need is for them to mess up something that isn't broken on mine, even if it is old.
