So I'm thinking of replacing my head unit. I have the base model 130S/RES head unit.

What extra wiring harness's etc did you have to purchase to replace your head unit?
I've contacted a few of these company's that make the android head units and they all tried to recommend these units https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IB8V2AO that say for Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge. But all of those have side mounted screw points on there head units where my 130S/RES has mounting points on the top of the head unit so the one they say is for Durango's won't work.
