I'm in the process of lowering my Durango. Any concerns that I should be worried about? I bought the road magnets for 379 but the guy from black ops on the phone wasn't too convincing on whether I would have problems or not. Let me know how the ride is and what problems to look for in the installation process. Thanks

Will be inconsistent results. Let us know what drop you get!
It's RM'S issue which they ignore.

Exactly the reason, I haven't upgraded. Unfortunately, really no other options. I loved my 5.0 Mustangs back in the day, there were so many aftermarket support was incredible, because if it wasn't they were out. The Durango, I suppose is viewed as a soccer Mom vehicle, so companies don't realize the potential, & do R &D. Our only saving grace is th GC. Otherwise we'd be left with scraps. Shouldn't really complain, guess I am comparing apples to oranges. I suppose there are no shortage of Mustang & Camaro parts.

Oh boy are they inconsistent. But boy they ride nice. I used spacers in the back and now it's perfect! Really no other options tho.... Maybe someday :). As far as installation. Pretty simple if you have lowered a vehicle before... If not. I would let a pro do it. Good luck!

I have a 2016 R/T Durango, with the trailer tow package. Dodge is still selling R/T's saying they are almost 1" lower than the other trims. I'm pretty disappointed that mine isn't any lower.

What choices are there to lower it about 1"? Earlier OEM springs? I don't want to lose the load leveling in the rear. I wouldn't mind if it's a little stiffer either - a little better cornering would be nice.

Apologies if it's been covered elsewhere. I didn't find much information on this.

Here are the pics after I lowered my Durango. I thought it came out great. I originally bought a 2014 limited but I wanted to make it a blacktop version. I changed the wheels to spider monkey replicas 20's in matte black and painted the mirror matte black. I also left the roof rack and painted it matte black as well. The grille is also matte black and I think it gives the durango the look it deserves. I really like the smooth ride and I'm getting compliments from everyone that stops and stares. I had it lowered at a body shop so that I could feel comfortable with the outcome. I purchased my springs from black ops for 379 and it was worth it.

Time to take the plunge! I have been wanting to drop the rear only using the Eibachs for the JGC. Rear ended someone so while the cars getting fixed, I'm having the shop pop these on. Ill post some pics once I get the car back. (should be about 15-20 days in the shop).
