I own a 2004 Dodge Durango SLT 4.7L engine and it is misfiring. Only engine code i have is a CAT code. I brought it to mineke and they said that it has an exhaust leak at the manifold, last bolt on the drivers side closest back is broken off. They said that this should not cause the misfire. I have changed all eight spark plugs and all eight coils, still no cure. I have had two scan tools put on it and nothing, they even checked the injectors by shutting them off and on one at a time. I am really scratching my head at this one. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

I'd say EGR valve but that should generate a code. I had a similar deal with my 07 5.7, but again, it did throw the EGR code.
