Hello
We have a 05 Durango awd limited'
We have recently developed a buzz or hum that goes up and down as the throttle is adjusted. It doesn't affect any thing while driving. It is from under the hood and not from the stereo and still seems to be there with or with out the ac on. There are no code that are being thrown or any loose wires. Can any one give me a clue.
Thanks for reading.

Being a buzz that increases with throttle (engine vibration) I am doing to guess loose screw somewhere that is allowing something to vibrate along with the engine. Could always be a pulley, belt, of actual engine noise, but I would think smaller for this. Sure it is actually coming from under the hood? I had a dash screw that was in the area under the steering wheel come loose at one point that created some noise under acceleration. Would start by putting a little pressure on a few different areas both inside cabin and under hood and seeing it taking the vibration out of a certain area stops the noise. If you find that applying a little pressure to dash, battery tray, or other area eliminates the noise then just look for the loose connection.
