Every week that passes by I wonder, did I piss them off when I made my payment lol...... Just ready to make that mod!

No way unless you ordered something weird with custom engraving. If you did order engraving it only gets done 1 or 2 pieces at a time.
Send me your order number and I'll do it myself

So I also guess you didn't read the email about composite failures and they are waiting for new composite to come from that manufacturer.
I guess they v old have sent defective composite ...

I ordered a composite catch catch in January as well and waited a month and a half and finally decided to email them. They told me just like Steve stated above about having a bad batch of composite cans. I just didn't like how no one contacted me to let me know, if I didn't contact them would they have ever emailed me? So I cancelled and went with upr and couldn't be happier. January 15th is a long time to wait.
 
Quality is worth the wait. Check their social media outlets or call/email. They respond fairly quickly.
Fastdango is talking about a part from bt having issues. That doesn't sound like quality .

Good customer service and quality parts should go hand and foot .
I'm glad they have good customer service in mind with fixing their vendor issue.

Just because you pay more for a part doesn't mean it's a better functioning part.

What did I do to my Durango today.....well, I traded it in. I traded my V6 Limited for an RT with the blacktop pkg and Nappa Leather pkg. I also went from 2nd row bench to 2nd row Captain chairs in the RT. Signed papers today and because its a dealer transfer, I wont have it until Monday, so no pictures. However, its black/black with the blacktop pkg.

Lol yall funny, I am trying to be patient but ummm its been since Jan 15.... I haven't canceled yet, but just wondering will this vendor issue get finished by the summer. I like quality so I'm being cool about it and I called three times since Jan 15 to check status.

It's cool though, maybe it'll be here before my rims. I ordered my rims yesterday.
 
Rob they don't make the composite tube that is made by a vendor. The vendor can't meet heat tolerances from engine vompartment. Again Wataboy send me order number.

I understood that and that's why I said I'm glad they are fixing the vendor issue.
 
They brought a unique product to the game and it backfired. Wataboy Ill call on Monday and check it out
