This noise started about 3 days ago and I cannot seem to isolate it. It sounds like something is loose but given how its almost cyclic makes me think otherwise. I dont seem to hear it while driving only when in park or stopped. Sorry about the video being black but it was shot using my phone at night time.
What is this noise coming from under my hood?

It ended up being the water pump replaced under power train warranty
