So this is everything I need to install Tow Hitch?

I'm still looking for the Part# for the Smooth Hitch Cover, but I guess I'll just take a trip down to my local dealer tomorrow.
Check out the mod guide in my sig. All the part numbers should be in there, incl the smooth hitch cover

Okay thanks that was a great help, I found all the parts easily. One question, do I need the 4 plastic rivets or can I use the tree rivets instead. Those rivets would be almost $5 a piece which is ridiculous. They also look like they require a rivet gun to use.

Do I need the Trailer Tow wiring adapter? Someone stated that in a previous post but not on your post. Part #56019823

No, not to install the hitch.
Plus the plug in the hitch has the 4 way plug...that is just a 7 plug to 4 plug adaptor.

You will need the rivets.
Check out the hitch install video. That shows a rivet kit you can buy from Harbor Freight that has the rivets and a rivet gun to install. That is what I used. Cost was around $17 for the kit.

^^^^Agree if you are buying the V6 as you get heavy duty radiator, trans cooler, larger alternator in addition to the tow hitch for your $995. It would cost one more to install the complete towing package in a V6 than getting the factory option upfront.

But the Hemi's already have the heavy duty cooling in place, so for your $995 you get a full size spare and Hitch.
All in buying the factory OEM parts and dealer activation of the tow plug I'm right at $300...a savings of $695.
Plus, even more importantly my 12 yr old learned right along with me the install process.
They don't teach that stuff in school.

Excellent two year old thread. For the original poster, see above. For everyone wondering how best to purchase a new D, I say just factory order the tow package and call it done.
In that case, just order a CAI from the dealer, floor mats, key chains, & any other 75% over price stuff they sale. in the words of Chris Carter.... C'Mon Man !!! I say let them DIY everything! I know I will.

Is there a DIY somewhere on this forum that shows how to remove the 15 DDRT's rear bumper? I've looked every where. I'm doing my tow hitch install in about a hour and I just wanted to read up on it before I got started.
