Owned the 2014 citadel for 8 months now and never had a problem with the auto high beams. Sometimes I turn the feature off or someone else in the family that may drive it turns it off either by accident or on purpose from time to time. Last night I go to turn them on and I'm not greeted by the automatic high beams enabled message that you get when you turn them on or when you turn them off you get disabled. I check the settings and unless I'm not in the right menu the auto dim high beams feature is turned on. Anyone else experience this issue?

Cant say I've had this issue. Do you just not get the message on the screen, or does the feature not work as well?

I don't get the message. It didn't seem to work last night either. More times then not the high beams will work on my road back to the house but sometimes becuase of the yellow signs along the dark road it will not illuminate them so its hard to say becuase I noticed this issue in that may or may not work zone where the signs are

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong setting? I'm assuming the auto dim high beam is the name of the feature unless there is another setting I'm overlooking. In the book it says it should say automatic high beams but I cannot locate that setting at all just that auto dim high beams setting.

you're definitely using the right setting. are you on the latest uConnect software version? this shouldn't be causing the issue, as they worked for you in the past, but maybe updating the software will help...

I have not had a problem in my Durango over the last year. I had a problem with them in my wife's new town and country. I ended up turning off the van and restarting it. That took care of the problem and we have not had a problem since. I would take it into Dodge and have them fix it.

Make sure the sensor which is located on the front side of the rear-view mirror is not blocked.
