The only brake thread I found is a bit outdated now. What does everyone use? I've checked here, and other forums, and I've come down to EBC Sport Rotors with Yellow Stuff pads. Anyone have any input? I'm also looking to see who has the best price. So far it seems to be CarID, input on this would be great too! Looking to change them before Carlisle, so quick responses would be great!

I need to buy mine this week. I looked at Powerstop. There's not a big price difference and the EBC Rotors are anodized black. No rusty rotors are a plus.

There may be a big difference in price if Powell shares his good friend discount with us, hint hint...

X2 Paul maybe a Group buy for those that dont want or cannot afford Brembos

Just so your are aware if you don't already know, the anodized treatment will "rub off" where the pads contact the rotors once brakes are applied a few times.

Thanks, I'm aware. But the rest of the rotor will look good and the rust will be gone as soon as I drive it. Plus, EBC makes great products.

I realize people may not have info on prices, but no one has input on the set-up? Anyone ;)?

ebc rotors are good. i run brembos now, but when they wear out, i have 2 full sets of ebc ultimax that i'll use. (200 shipped for all 4 corners) can't beat that hah.

i am putting in yellow stuff as soon as my current hawk pads wear out. they are very mediocre pads. Yellow stuff has been working well on my bigger suv, so i'm putting them in my durango when i need to replace current ones

I'm really looking today. Why are Powerstop Evolution rotors so much cheaper than EBC? Is the material quality weaker? I was thinking Powerstop rotors with yellow stuff or green stuff pads. Anyone have input? I don't want the pads chewing up the rotors, I'd rather spend the extra $ on an EBC kit if that's the case.

Brakemotive76 on ebay.. Call them, order from them and ask for their extreme truck n tow semimetalic pads for the rears. FYI u will get power stop rotors from them. You cant beat Napa Extreme service pads on the front. Along with some drilled and slotted rotors the stopping power is big improvement over stock. Any of the above rotors mentioned will need the hats cleaned up after the first winter. Some good oil based enamel will yield excellent results.

I ended up ordering EBC Ultimate Slotted rotors, EBC Yellow Stuff pads, and Goodridge braided brake lines. Powerstop, Powerslot, And Hawk rotors didn't have what I was looking for. My R/T has 350mm vented front rotors and 330mm vented rear rotors. I couldn't get vented rear rotors that matched from anyone but EBC, the unvented rear rotors were all much thinner than my OEM rotors. Ended up going with AutoAnything. They price match and the sales person ended up taking extra off, after several phone calls trying to locate what I was looking for. I should have them installed in 2-3 weeks.

Sounds great! Let us know how the install goes and how they feel once they are bedded. Are there special part numbers for the rotors you got or do they just come up when you search for our D on autoanything.com? Thanks.

$900 in all. More than I planned, but I upgraded a bit and got the braided brake lines.

Well, they're on. Bleeding took an extremely long time, but I think I'm going to love this set up. The EBC stuff is really nice and the Goodridge braided lines are a perfect fit. I can't wait to get on these things after break-in.

nice, they are going to haul it down. The powered bleeders that pull a vacuum are incredible if you can borrow /get one.
