I am still debating added the fender hash marks on my D but I can't decide on a color. Those of you with Black D's please post some picks.

I went with silver. I'm doing a black/silver as the rims are black and silver. Went with black and silver hemi emblems too.

To each their own....!

Any good graphics shop should be able to do it for $75-$100.

4" wide. I went a bit less ******....by choice.

You can also order them.

Rocky Mountain Graphics | Durango Fender Hash Stripes

Now those are only $25...and you can get them in any color imaginable.

But....if you screw it up...you may have to order another set. I decided to get it done professionally as my search warrant writing skills...and ticket writing skills are top notch! Fender stripe install....not so much :(

How or where you guys put those marks? I got a white D and I wanna add black lines.

I ordered the stripes off of ebay, but I had someone local put them on for me. I wasn't about to do it and screw it up lol.
If you order from rockymountaingraphics.com, they come pre-cut. All you need to do is spray soapy water on, squeegee the water out from under them, let them dry for a half hour, peel off the paper on top, and pin-poke any remaining bubbles.

This took under an hour, and did not require anything more than the plastic yellow creditcard "squeegee" used to put on window tint, and a spray bottle of water with some dish soap in it. A tape measure helps to make sure your driver and passenger sides are equal distant. The wheel well curvature is already cut. And you line that up with the straight line of the hood. Piece of cake.

You did a nice job!

Thanks..

Like i said.. it's really easy. They come pre-cut. the 2 stripes for each side are already laid out on the paper spaced evenly. You peel off the sticky side of paper, spray the vinyl and the fender with the soapy water, which lets them slide around for moving them into place. Get the curved cut around the wheel well to line up with the straight line of the hood, and start squeegeeing.

The hardest part of this project was the wait from Tuesday when they arrived until Saturday when I could apply them.. :)

Ordered flat black and should have them by Friday. Now I just have to remove the pinstripes.

Dem Stripes or Warpaint as I like to call them look great guys, I'm thinking about doing flat white on my Bright White D. I did a "white out" plasti-dip on my badges already, so I think it will look great.
