Today i called CS and talked to a Liam there that was able to give me my Vin #. YEA He said it take about 45 days to build is that true? I cant wait i told him i'll call every week till it comes.HEHE
Your getting rid of your R/T?Definitely wrong. I placed an order for a Citadel this past Sat with no issue
Kevin
When i went there Jim thought it was a mid print. The GCM they had had all the pkgs but tiow and maybe even dvd not sure.I saw them on their website, I'm trying to figure out who decided to order 2 2wd durangos at the beginning of a Chicago winter? Not the brightest decision ever.
I had the same thought of the bathrooms.
Never. Wife wouldn't do the minivan. She wanted a D of her own. I was happy to oblige.Your getting rid of your R/T?
I wanted the wife to get a Durango, but she didn't want the payment, so we got a loaded t&c. I have to say Chrysler was giving them away last year. 15% off msrp and 0% for 84 months. We couldn't beat the deal.Never. Wife wouldn't do the minivan. She wanted a D of her own. I was happy to oblige.
I hear you. There was almost 9k in rebates on the T&C, but no go. The citadel actually had almost 5k, so I was pretty happy with thatI wanted the wife to get a Durango, but she didn't want the payment, so we got a loaded t&c. scarbrs, Not sure what you ordered, but if it includes Beats Audio, I think it might be a little while longer.
doctorsti, Don't want to bum you out, but I'm not sure your odds for a June delivery are great right now. I ordered mine on 5/14 and it's now in PR (Pre-release) status and has been there since the 19th. I'm not sure fully what that means, but it's one step beyond D, which is where the VIN is assigned, and it means the order is waiting on supply chain or other scheduling considerations. And orders can sit there for a while. If there isn't anything holding an order up, they typically go straight to D1, which is typically what tomk indicated.
From the (only) intel I have, Beats won't be on the production line until late June, so when that firms up and approaches, we'll probably go D1 and get a delivery date. So it would seem.
Mine was delivered the last week of June last year and I picked it up on July 3rd. Best 4th of July weekend EVER.Well, there you go. I went D1 today! My estimated delivery date is the last day of June. Funny because I really wanted mine before July as well. Can't cut it much closer than that.
Doc I orderd the 18th i bet were both going to have a nice June.Dontcallmescotty, I was concerned when I heard about your experience with PR status and asked my dealer today where I was and I am in D1 gateway with a ship date of 6/15!
When did u order?Well, there you go. I went D1 today! My estimated delivery date is the last day of June. Funny because I really wanted mine before July as well. Can't cut it much closer than that.
I ordered 5/21 and have a ship date of 6/15. I live in DE and dealer is in eastern PA. Per the dealer the vehicles are trained to a yard in Twin Oaks PA and then trucked to dealer in Lancaster PA. He says its just about a 2 week travel time from date of delivery. The race is ON!Doc I orderd the 18th i bet were both going to have a nice June.
Race you see who gets therese first. Were you located?
It likley gets trucked. Chicago isn't that far from Detroit.Wonder were mine gets trained to. I'm in Illinois dealer is west of Chicago.
From Detroit to Plano it is a 5 hour trip. I called Dodge Customer Service the Friday before i picked it up and they said it was being loaded and would be delivered to the dealer that Saturday. I then called my salesman and he confirmed it was scheduled to arrive the next day or Sunday. Around 4PM Saturday he text me saying no delivery then about 10 minutes later said a truck had just shown up with a GCM Durango but wasnt sure if it was mine, 30 minutes later i received 2 pictures of my Durango.Interesting.
I did not know that JNAP can do anything other than put vehicles on a train. I don't reacall a motor terminal there.
Though I imagine if it is a Detroit delivery loading it onto a train might be silly.. though it also might not be silly..
