3rd row headrest not dropping

the button on my dash in my 2011 citadel is not dropping the 3rd row headrests. I checked the fuse and it's good, just wondering if anyone had any ideas... It's under warranty, but would like to save the deductible if possible


(Yes this is my first post. I haven't had a chance to make it over to the new member introduction yet)

Check to make sure that they are plugged in... There is a plug at the base of each seat for the headrest mechanism...

Good call! I looked and sure enough it's not plugged in. I see the plug on the seat, but no plug coming from the vehicles harness. Wonder where it is... I'm guessing the seat came out and the plug got pushed aside. I'm assuming I have the harness since I have the button correct?

The only reason I know about the plug is because I had both my second row and third row seats out while installing my emergency lighting and pre-running wires for stereo upgrades and such... lol

Hi Trax95008 I am having the same problem. I will look for harness but please let me know what fuse you checked. Thanks!

Look for plug first under 3rd row seat its very common That it is disconnected

I plan on doing it tomorrow after I wash her up. I just bought it Tues. Loving it so far. Just some small stuff. I just wanted to know if the plugs are plugged in, what fuse should I check next.

Additionally I post that and a couple of other things in this thread. Do you think you can help Steve? I have not gotten any answers yet.
