Hi guys just wondering if anyone has had or has problems with their range to empty gauge?
I recently purchased a 2014 durango citadel gotta say for my first dodge this thing is amazing in all aspects. My problem is the gauge never say 615 from a full tank it only stays around 330 miles anybody know what might be wrong maybe it's not the truck maybe it's just me lol thanks for any info

IIRC the range depends on something about your mileage history.. I know I've seen the range in my GC go up without adding gas.. IIRC this happened on the highway home after all the horsing around in Detroit put a dent in my MPG history..

On my 14 Durango R/T when I fill up it generally tells me I have between 400 and 465 miles till empty. I generally fill up around that range so I think it takes into account how long you have gone before a fill up/.

Tom is exactly right it is all based upon MPG history
Best I have ever seen was after driving 400 miles straight on the highway and filling up it read 495 miles to empty ( i had been getting 22 mpg for that last whole tank)

Everyone is spot on. It's prior driving history. When I lived in the city and was getting 13-15 MPG, when I filled up, my range was like 280-300. However this summer when I went on a vacation and drove on the highway 99% of the time and averaged 22-28 MPG, my range shot up to 520 at one point.

Agree with all of the above, but if the OP is looking for 600+ it must be the 6, right? So while 330 may be ok for the HEMI with no history, doesn't this seem crazy low for the 6? Even right off the production line.....?
