cant decide what color for the citidel i have had white dont know about granite dealer dont have in stock to look at, dealer has a white citidel looks sharp

Though both of my current rigs are red, I have to say that white is pretty impressive.. my '99 and '03 Ds were white, and if nothing else white is by far the easiest color to keep looking clean ..

Granite is a very nice (beautiful, actually) paint, but at this point in time white is a standout color (how many white SUVs do you see these days?) ..

I have the granite and must say the white is tight. Grey gets dirty quick. Not saying I regret getting the grey but that white looks nice.
If your dealer doesn't have a vehicle with GCM paint in stock, try searching other Chrysler dealers near you. I had to drive 40 miles to find one so I could see it in person (on a Dart). GCM paint is pretty popular on the new Durango, probably because that's the color featured in most advertisements for the '14 Durango, so it really sticks with people. But since you're debating between colors (and before dropping $40K-$50K) I would recommend seeing GCM paint in person first before making your decision.
My R/T has the GCM paint with the stock hyperblack rims. That color combo on the R/T, in addition to the black side steps and splash guards, is masculine but distinguished (it's not black and it's not silver, but somewhere in between which makes it stand out). It may be a popular color on the forums, but it's not a common color around these parts.

White looks clean even when dirty. 
Mine is a bit salty and will get cleaned tommorow once it gets up to 35 degrees.

But let's all admit black is the bomb.. It just gets dirty soooo fast, especially in the desert where I live the dust makes it impossible to keep clean. And the swirl marks you get from car washes etc...
But man when it's clean black is the baddest color IMHO.
I had a Black 07 Escalade and with 200 miles on it I noticed a slight paint defect. Took it to the dealer and they said
"oh it will buff out" it was like a milky discoloration on a door pillar. I told him very directly "do not take a buffer and swirl up the paint by putting swirl marks all over it" he kissed my butt and said oh our detailer won't ,he can get it out and not leave swirls. I was like ok don't mess it up.
Guess what happened?
Yup swirl marks on 1/3 of the car. I mean it was literally down to the primer in spots..
I went loco.. I told the GM here's your car back. He was like we can't take it back... Went round and round he said they had a great shop that could match the paint perfect.. I just laughed and told him that's a tall task. GM paint has ripples like a orange peel in it.
Long story short they tried painting that car 3 times. I drove it for two years got a lemon law attorney involved got all my money back. So essentially just cost me gas and maintenance for two years....
GM customer complaint or whatever there customer care dept is called sucked. Wouldn't do crap to help me.

I was set on getting GCM when I saw it first in person. Kept on thinking my car would gray, until I went to see BWC. Just fell in love with the color. And, I have been drooling over getting a white car all my life. And friends and family wanted a white one too so it was an easy decision for me.

Let's face it. White is the most popular color right now for any vehicle. It is easiest to keep clean and does look bright. Problem is it is the lightest paint to use on a car. White can't be buffed as hard as the darker colors or it burns through, even with computer controlled spray guns. It is lighter by weight for a car due to less pigment.
We had a white D in our SoCal group that we called the "Teflon D" because when we went off-roading it would be the cleanest looking D after the trail runs.
