Idle Problems and No BUS

Idle problems are usually dirty IAC passages or a weak battery (how well the engine cranks is no indicator of the battery condition)

I'd start with an inspection and reseat of the connectors at the PCM, and if the battery is over three years old swap it out..

So does engine run when no bus is on odo?

NO BUS has been common with 99's. The dealer TSB references ground problems but many have found the cause to be the PCM and have corrected it by replacing the PCM

Where can i get a cheap PCM to correct this issue any suggestions? I REFUSE to pay Chrysler 700 plus dollars do do it

A federal or California 1998 will work, that is about it. if you have no security, make sure replacement PCM has no security as well.
