25' 2004 Aerolite TT. Approx 4500 lbs dry weight and seems to tow ok so far. It'll take some getting used to on the back of the D, but I have enough power to move it.

That's wierd. Did you check with Aerolite and Reese on that? Might want to make a post to www.rv.net and see what the guru's over there have to say. If you need weight distribution (and I'll bet you do), then anti-sway won't apply any more stress to the frame. Regardless, if you decide to forego that set-up, get a friction bar - don't travel without some sort of sway protection. The tail will be wagging the dog if you get into trouble.I had to forego the dual cam sway bar. the frame on the camper isn't sturdy enough to use it
