Tell me about throttle bodies

This horse has probably beat to death, but can anyone share some insight? I know swapping to a larger throttle body will result in increased performance, but how detrimental (if at all) is it to MPG? And if MPG is affected negatively, will an 85mm one have a lower impact on MPG vs a 90mm one? Thirdly, do throttle body spacers have any extra effect in addition to an upgraded throttle body? Finally, who does the group recommend for manufacturers? Thank you in advance!

Throttle body spacers will do next to nothing at all.
You don't ever want to go too big as you'll lose low end torque.
As for who to buy from, contact The Fastman to see what he recommends for your Hemi.
He's has been building throttle bodies for years and his will give you better throttle response and can actually improve your gas mileage? as long as you can control your use of all the extra HP and the quicker throttle response!

skitzo's comment is so correct! I have the 84mm Fastman on mine and love it!
