OK. This is going to be a hard one. Here's my problem. When I'm coasting and I press on the accelerator a little and let off the D still goes like I'm still pressing the accelerator. It doesn't coast at all it still pulls like the throttle is stuck. I have looked carefully at the throttle linkage and it isn't sticking at all! No error codes. Could it be the transmission? It surges under slight acceleration. What do you think?

Great I'll give that a try. Some questions. 1) What's the part number from Autozone. 2) Should I also replace the IAC? 3) Do they both plug into the TB?

Thanks for you help guys.

The TPS is a Wells TPS333, it runs around $26, if they don't have it in stock, they can order it. Have it shipped for pick-up at the store, you won't pay for shipping. Try it one step at a time. You might want to take out the IAC and spray it with carb cleaner. On the 5.9, the TPS is on the side on the throttle body and the IAC is on the rear of the TB.

You guys are great! Swap out the TPS in under 10 minutes. Started the D and the idle was at 2500RPM. Panic shut it off and turned it on without starting it. Pressed the gas pedal to floor 5 times and re-started. It fixed ALL of my issues. Nice idle, no more surging, and no more stuck throttle issue. All for under $40. Thanks again experts!
