Just a quick note to thank beer geek for asking the question about the 430/730 and tomk for emailing Dodge about it and posting their answer. I purchased a Citadel yesterday and have the 730 Media Center in it thanks to this thread.
Similar to what others mentioned, almost all the stickers I saw online (Southern California dealerships) were showing 430s for Citadel models in stock. There were also a number of Citadels in transit that arrived this weekend, which you'd think would have been built after mid-January, but it seems only Citadel models configured with the rear entertainment package had 730s while those with other packages still had the 430 - and I didn't need/want to pay for the rear entertainment package. Luckily there were two exceptions, two Mineral Gray V-8 Citadels in transit to two different dealers here in SoCal without the rear entertainment package with the 730 installed. I now own one of them.
There were other colors in transit (probably same shipment) with the same configuration as mine but with 430s. Must have been lucky with the manufacturing schedule, and Mineral Gray was the color I wanted anyway.
