Tom/Grant.

Yep, hear ya just fine now. And yes, sorta like a pocket R2D2! LOL

I think C3PO would be more fitting for you. :cheesy:

Is it a Droid Incredible? That SnapDragon processor reportedly runs at 1Ghz. I imagine that's fast on a cell. I know I hate watching the hour glass on my BlackBerry Curve.

I wish Sprint had an iPhone!

Yes, I'm impressed so far!

IndyD, Wouldn't you do the iPad (Apple product)?

-Steve

The iPad isn't a cell phone. Apple's cell is an iPhone.

As an Apple guy, that's why I said I wish Sprint had an iPhone offering. I hate AT&T so the current iPhone iterations aren't an option for me. And as for Verizon? that's another NO story. Sprint has always been fair and very capable up until SmartPhones started ruling the earth. I may end up with a Pre.

Indy, why not get an unlocked iPhone off eBay and use T-mobile?

P.S. I'm looking into switching cell companies now so please keep us updated about the droid.
Thanks!

I have the Droid Eris and I love it. I can Geocache on the fly as the GPS mode is really good. I like the size compared to the Motorola Droid. I think the Incredible is supposed to be more capable, but since I got my phone 2 months ago, I'll have to wait for the next generation.

Not sent from my Droid, but it could have been.

I just got an unlocked and jail broken iPhone 2g. Running T-mobile on it and no problems! :cheesy:
