ASSUMING CHRYSLER SURVIVES THE MONTH>>>

Straight out of the bailout paperwork submitted to congress today. Page 135. The Jeep GC and the new Gen3 Dodge Durango. Arriving in 2010? the 2011 (or is it 2012 to get an extra "year" out of it) Gen3 Dodge Durango!

The best I could do at 700% enlargement is below. I see our Gen1 6 lugs are still gone in favor of the 5's. I like the rear quarter. Gone are the Gen2 '04-'06 front fenders to never return again. Longer than the Jeep GC, seems to have a pillar in the rear glass area. Also a different look and feel to the front half from the Jeep (unlike the Nitro/Liberty of today.) The body line under the rear glass reminds me of a Gen1. And it's already in the perfect color! :)

I like the new look a lot. Very similer to the JGC. Hope to see those on the road, and no estimated MPG for the D?

I can't seem to get that site up?Can you post a bigger pic of that new JGC like you did with the new Durango.

So far I also like the looks of the new D, and the new 300C (But still like the front end of the older 300C a little better ).

And much more detailed than the GM presentation which looked rushed together and was all "smoke and mirrors" to me, most of which centered on selling Hummer, Saab, and Saturn to save the company.
The pics of the 2011 vehicles looked interesting, but are still closer to prototypes than reality. Need more than an artists conception to make any judgment. Let's see how it all shakes out.
With 3 Dodges in the stable (2000 D, 2004 Ram, 2008 Grand Caravan), I've got a vested interest in seeing that the company doesn't fold.
