WAXING is another story.. I give my 8 year old granddaughter a microthread cloth, old terry towel, a can of Mother's Carnuba, and a 20, pick her up, and put her on the roof..
Don't know WHAT I'm gonna do next year, because she's growin like a weed.

I just bought 1 of these and used it to wax the roof. This thing is worth every penny. Supports my 300+ lbs with ease and I can get to 2/3's of the roof at a time.
Will also be handy for other things around the house + you can link them together and make a long scaffolding if needed (house painting etc.).
Also came in handy detailing the wheels from my Hellcat & you can use it as a bench when working in the sides of you truck when your back says no more bending please

I use a spray cannon from Griots garage and let it sit on the roof before I go up there and wash it. I use a 4 foot Warner Ladder so I can reach the entire roof. I go around it and break it up into 4 sections. I dry it the same way and put a coat of wax on it about 4 times a year. I wax the rest of the truck way more then the roof as it's a pain in the ass to get up there an wax it not to mention you don't have to look at the roof so it's the only part of the truck I don't anally keep perfect.
