    Rough Idle

I've been trying to correct a rough idle and this is what I've done. Cleaned the throttle body, looked inside for any sign of oil (looked OK), changed plugs, NAPA cap & rotor button, Taylor hi-temp wires and I've ran out of things to try. It sits a lot and is hardly ever driven. I keep it hooked up to one of those battery tender's to keep the battery up as I know D's don't like low batteries! Could I have some kind of condensation in the lines causing this? I also put a bottle of Techron in it a while back. If anyone has any ideas, let me know? Thanks.

Check the Idle Air Control valve & Throttle Position Sensor? though you might have done this when you inspected/cleaned the throttle body. If that doesn't do it, search for the hundred other threads about this sort of problem.

Yeah, I checked the IAC and it looked OK, but it still it could be bad I guess? Or the TPS as well, I don't know??

It does it most of the time and there have been times when it runs smooth. Kinda strange?

    O2 sensors?

If you can, take a ride with an ODB-II reader that'll give you "live" O2 and fuel-trim readings. You might be able to see what's going West when it starts running rough.

I'd swap the TPS. I think that's what cured my wandering idle. If memory serves they're pretty cheap? cheaper than o2 senors anyways. There's a way to check the reading on it with a multimeter, but I'm not sure of the readings you need. I wanna say 0.3v at idle and close to 5v at full throttle??
