    Tire Suggestions

I need to buy the old girl new tires b/4 she can pass inspection. Currently have 235/75R15XL Goodrich's - what she was wearing when I bought her. I do highway/city driving on a daily basis approximately 30 miles a day and I do drive in the snow.

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Beth

I have the revo tires as well. I do about 25 miles each way to work and also drive in snow. they're nice tires. I have 31's on my D for the winter and 32's for the summer. (also revo's)

Are your BFG's All Terrains? Are you happy with yours?
I love mine, they've been great in sand, light snow, and on wet pavement. Haven't had the chance to drive them in heavy snow or deep mud yet but I plan on replacing them with more BFG A/T's when that time comes?

FWIW I went with a 255-70-15. The tires have worked very well. It's about the same height as the 235-75-15 but is a little wider. I wanted the wider look without messing up the speedo.

GreenD thanks for the link. My husband put Cooper Discoverer HT's on his Dodge Ram this past summer - he's very happy with them, not only because they're made in USA but they have the 60k warranty on the tread. So, I'm going back and forth between the Michelins or the Coopers.

    Pirellis are good

I put Pirelli Scorpions on my 2000 AWD D and they work great, rain, snow, dry they grip well and run quiet.
Not sure if they're a great off road tire as that isn't one of my major needs, snow is.

They cost considerably less then the Michelins. I had the Michelins before on a Tahoe and they're great tires but I don?t think they're worth the price difference now that I've had the Pirellis.

Bought them at Mr. Tire; and they have always worked out well for me.

My Pirelli Scorpion A/T's were great for a while, bnut when they started wearing out, they got REAL noisy and traction drastically fell of. They were great in the snow and mud before 1/2 tread wear.
