Wow Rob, You're going all out!! I think you're going to enjoy the results, much cleaner look without the shroud in there. The V brace came out permanently for my fan swap and I believe the removal of the crossmember will ease your radiator swap. The tranny cooler lines will leak, but I don't foresee any difficulty with disconnection or reconnection. Of course take care not to cross thread the compression fittings that need to be used? As far as my coolant reservoir goes, I'm using a 16" stainless catch can, and plan on using the same to run the windshield washers. For now, the hoses going to the squirters are tucked away until I figure out exactly how I'm going to set up the pumps. The second catch can will simply be mounted on the opposite side of the fan shroud, which is where the pumps and hoses are anyway. Good luck with your swap, and enjoy!!
